An independent benchmarking study by Assurance Services International (ASI) confirms that the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) provides companies with the tools they need to meet the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

On 3 October, key representatives of the forest sector gathered at an interactive workshop organised by FSC Ukraine to identify joint solutions for strengthening expert and consultancy support for responsible forest management. 

On the initiative of FSC Ukraine and with the assistance of the SFE “Forests of Ukraine”, the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Research Institute of Forestry and Forest Melioration named after H.M. Vysotskyi, a practical training course for forestry specialists was held, focusing on high conservation values (HCVs).
